Other Non-Clinical Staff
RECEPTIONISTS: Our reception staff will make every attempt to help you quickly and efficiently, but they are often extremely busy and short delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please be understanding if this should happen.
ADMINISTRATION STAFF: We have a dedicated team of secretarial and administration staff who deal with correspondence, data input and management of patients' records.
HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS: The practice employs three Health Care Assistants. They assist the nursing team by undertaking simple procedures e.g. blood pressure checks, ECGs and blood tests. One of our Health Care Assistants also offers smoking cessation advice.
