Alternatively please order in one of the following ways:
Tick the items you require on your repeat prescription slip and put it in one of the boxes in the surgery
Send in your repeat prescription slip by post. If you include a stamped addressed envelope, we will post it back to you
Please note that in line with national guidance, we will no longer accept prescription requests by telephone from 1 August 2011. This guidance is based on issues around patient safety.
For those of you with access to a fax machine you may fax your order on 01636 613037.
You can also arrange with your chemist to order and collect your prescription.
Please order all required items together and allow at least 48 hours for the practice to process your request.
