How to Order Repeat Prescriptions
To order your Repeat Prescription Online, please click here.
Alternatively please order in one of the following ways:
Tick the items you require on your repeat prescription slip and put it in one of the boxes in the surgery
Send in your repeat prescription slip by post. If you include a stamped addressed envelope, we will post it back to you
Telephone your order between the following hours: 10:00AM - 12:00noon or 2:00PM - 4:00PM Monday to Friday on 01636 675288. Please ensure you have all the relative information necessary to order your repeat prescription.
For those of you with access to a fax machine you may fax your order on 01636 613037.
Please order all required items together and allow at least 48 hours for the practice to process your request.
